Return Policy
  • Eligibility for Returns :
    • Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
    • If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return process.
  • Return Process :
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at herald.diamonds@heraldgroup.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs of the damaged or defective item.
    • Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
    • Returns must be shipped back to us in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds and Exchanges :
    • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method if the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
    • If you prefer an exchange, we will arrange for the replacement product to be sent out as soon as possible (subject to availability).
  • Non-Returnable Items :
    • Custom or personalized products, including any specially cut or modified lab-grown diamonds, cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during transit or defective.
    • We do not accept returns for products that have been used or altered.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns :
    • Return shipping is typically covered by Herald Diamonds for damaged or defective products.
    • For other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and any original shipping fees will not be refunded.
